3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

4. Ownership and Usage

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain rights to final deliverables

• LAKB Media reserves the right to display completed work for promotional purposes

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified in your service agreement

• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Downtime due to third-party platforms

• Client misapplication of deliverables
